Job Role: Project Coordinator Experience: 2+ years About dataeaze dataeaze systems is focused on making it easy for organizations to work with data. We help organizations build "data driven" software products, by incorporating domain knowledge and leveraging machine learning. With artificial intelligence and deep learning techniques, we build "software 2.0" data pipelines for all kinds of data -- streaming or big data, structured or unstructured. We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator Responsibilities include: Working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation. Follow up on tasks with internal teams and assist with schedule management. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. Requirements and Skills Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery will be an added advantage. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Educational Background Graduation : Any Graduation Post Graduation : MBA, Project Management Certification like PMP Certifications will be an added advantage **Salary**: ₹9,619.45 - ₹43,401.56 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
