**PROJECT COORDINATOR - FIRE & UTILITY PROJECTS**

Atharva Engineers is one of the preferred and leading companies in the field of Fire Protection System & Utility Projects business. We are focused on providing services in Industrial Sector. We are expanding to a larger scale with ambitious targets in near future.

We are looking for a result-oriented person who can coordinate projects from scratch to handing over.

Ø Job involves travelling to various project sites as scheduled or required.

Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineers is required.

Ø An experience of handling MEP projects of 8-10 years.

Ø Should be able to work on details of all the aspects of every project.

Ø A person should have good communication skills to tackle top level management as well as site teams.

Ø Should have a positive approach.

Ø Good listening, understanding ability

Ø Should be able to delegate work properly.

Ø Should possess good time management and planning skills.

Ø Good knowledge of project coordinating tools.

Ø A person should be able to work independently and take responsibility of all projects in totality.

The project coordinate will be responsible for,

Ø Preparing project schedules

Ø Coordinating shop drawing preparation and approval

Ø Coordinating with Supply Chain Management team for timely delivery of required tools & material

Ø Attending Meeting with client & consultants as required

Ø Attending weekly site meetings

Ø Overseeing site activities along with quality of work.

Ø Coordinating & Monitoring Billing as per order terms.

Ø Managing the project in given budget.

Ø Final Testing & Handing over of projects successfully to client.

**Salary**: ₹19,200.00 - ₹42,355.85 per month
