Position: Junior Research and Data Mining Analyst Department: Sales Overview: As a Junior Research and Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the research and data mining efforts of the Sale department. Your primary focus will be on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making, strategic planning, and research initiatives. You will work closely with senior researchers and analysts to extract meaningful leads data from various data sources and contribute in Bussiness Development. Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, such as databases, online platforms, and other relevant platforms. Ensure data quality and accuracy during the collection process.
- Data Cleaning and Preparation: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into a usable format. Address missing or inconsistent data to ensure data integrity.
- Data Mining and : Utilize data mining techniques and statistical methods to explore large datasets and identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Research Support: Assist senior researchers in conducting literature reviews, gathering background information, and preparing data sets for research projects.
- Report Generation: Generate a report of prospects and add it into CRM
- Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Tools and Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest data mining processes, software, and methodologies. Utilize appropriate tools to streamline data analysis processes and improve efficiency.
- Data Privacy and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies while handling sensitive data.
- Continuous Learning: Proactively seek opportunities for professional development in research methodologies, data mining techniques, and domain-specific knowledge.
- Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Relevant certifications in data mining, research methodologies and CRM experience are a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to create good processes for data research.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity: A curious and inquisitive mindset to explore data and uncover valuable insights.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
