**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Responsibilities:_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Vidhu Academy’s NEET and JEE coaching services.
- Work closely with the senior marketing team to enhance brand visibility through various digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with potential students.
- Organize and promote events, webinars, and workshops to increase academy engagement.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

Additional for _HR Responsibilities:_
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and onboarding new staff members.
- Handle employee records, payroll management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain positive relationships with staff and faculty, addressing any HR-related concerns.
- Help in the design and implementation of training programs for teachers and staff.
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee engagement activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- MBA (Marketing/HR) fresh graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas.
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee management (preferred).
