**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with an MBA and 1-2 years of experience in data analytics to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to help the company make data-driven decisions and provide valuable insights across various business functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve business problems using data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Conduct data cleansing and data validation to ensure accuracy.
- Use statistical techniques and tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the creation of business strategies based on data analysis.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA with a focus on Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with programming languages like Python or R.
- Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
- Understanding of business metrics and KPIs in a corporate environment.
