**Responsibilities**:

- Guide students and parents through the admission process and career counseling.
- Maintain and update student databases using Excel.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration for smooth academic operations.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct student orientation sessions and career guidance programs.
- Develop strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in career counseling & admissions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, reporting, etc.).
- Excellent people management and team coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work from the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,104.72 - ₹31,821.36 per month
