Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for the pre-primary program, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- Lead and supervise a team of pre-primary teachers and support staff, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Coordinate daily operations of the pre-primary program, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where young children feel valued, respected, and engaged in their learning.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to support children's holistic development, communicate program goals and expectations, and address any concerns or questions.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's progress and development, using data to inform instructional practices and individualized support plans.
- Organize and facilitate parent workshops, orientations, and events to promote family engagement and partnership in children's learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student enrollment, attendance, assessments, and other administrative tasks.
- Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, participating in professional development opportunities and networking with colleagues in the field.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work culture among pre-primary staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual support.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
