**Reporting To**: Principal / Head of School

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the pre-primary education program at our CBSE-affiliated school. The Pre-Primary Coordinator will work closely with teachers, parents, and the school leadership team to ensure a nurturing and academically stimulating environment for young learners, supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum for Nursery to Kindergarten students in alignment with the CBSE framework.
- Monitor and ensure that teaching methods and content meet educational standards and promote holistic learning.
- Guide teachers in the adaptation and use of resources and materials for effective lesson planning and teaching.

2. **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to pre-primary teachers, conducting regular classroom observations and offering constructive feedback.
- Organize professional development sessions, workshops, and training for teachers to enhance pedagogical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new pre-primary staff.

3. **Student Assessment and Monitoring**:

- Oversee the assessment and tracking of student progress in various developmental areas (cognitive, motor, social, and emotional skills).
- Develop and maintain individual learning plans for students requiring additional support.
- Prepare and communicate progress reports to parents in a clear and timely manner.

4. **Parental Involvement and Communication**:

- Foster positive relationships with parents, maintaining regular communication regarding their child's development and learning progress.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and educational events to involve parents in the learning process.
- Address concerns or feedback from parents and provide solutions in a timely manner.

5. **Classroom Management and Environment**:

- Ensure the creation and maintenance of a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Promote positive discipline and encourage appropriate social interactions among students.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and hygiene protocols in the pre-primary section.

6. **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate and oversee pre-primary events, such as celebrations, field trips, and special activities.
- Work closely with the school leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the pre-primary section.

7. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on best practices, trends, and research in early childhood education.
- Propose innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall pre-primary experience for both students and staff.
- Evaluate and improve the pre-primary program through regular feedback from teachers, parents, and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher, with at least 1-2 years in an educational leadership or coordinator role.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and teaching standards.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for working with young children and fostering a positive learning environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in child psychology or related fields will be an advantage.
- Experience with digital tools and educational technologies in early childhood settings.

Proficiency in English and local language(s) for effective communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
