We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating our youngest learners in a safe and stimulating environment. Your role will involve designing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that incorporates a variety of activities to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute lessons that stimulate children's interest and encourage active learning.
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Develop and maintain individualized learning plans for each child based on their strengths and needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery and continuity of care.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, progress, and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom and on school premises.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree. Fresher can also apply.
- Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
