**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Coordinator

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the academic and operational functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
- Guide and mentor preschool teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management.
- Ensure curriculum implementation aligned with early childhood education standards and school philosophy.
- Plan age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress, emotional well-being, and overall development.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
- Coordinate with parents through meetings, orientations, and timely communication.
- Organize school events, celebrations, assemblies, and parent engagement activities for the Pre-Primary section.
- Maintain student records, assessment data, and documentation.
- Collaborate with school leadership for staff training, timetables, and curriculum enhancement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or equivalent.
- B.Ed / ECCEd / Montessori / NTT certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool teaching; prior experience as a coordinator or academic supervisor is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Leadership abilities with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Warm, patient, and child-centric approach.
- Ability to guide and inspire a team of teachers.
