Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Location: CCIS Green Campus

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

CCIS Green Campus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and support the Early Years team. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, innovative, and well-versed with early childhood education methodologies. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic planning, teacher coordination, and a nurturing environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the academic and operational functioning of the Pre-Primary section.
  • Guide and mentor preschool teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management.
  • Ensure curriculum implementation aligned with early childhood education standards and school philosophy.
  • Plan age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, emotional well-being, and overall development.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Coordinate with parents through meetings, orientations, and timely communication.
  • Organize school events, celebrations, assemblies, and parent engagement activities for the Pre-Primary section.
  • Maintain student records, assessment data, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with school leadership for staff training, timetables, and curriculum enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or equivalent.
  • B.Ed / ECCEd / Montessori / NTT certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching; prior experience as a coordinator or academic supervisor is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Leadership abilities with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Warm, patient, and child-centric approach.
  • Ability to guide and inspire a team of teachers.
