Job Summary: A dedicated and detail-oriented Design Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in the Print design industry, managing client communication, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. Proficient in managing vector artwork, print-ready files, and working closely with designers using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for two major clients, ensuring smooth communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Manage and respond to client emails professionally and promptly.
  • Translate client briefs into clear instructions for the design team and ensure expectations are met.

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of print and design projects, from briefing to delivery.
  • Allocate and priorities tasks between two designers based on project urgency and complexity.
  • Track progress and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Design Team Support:

  • Coordinate with designers skilled in vector art and print file preparation.
  • Review files for accuracy and quality before client submission.
  • Assist in resolving technical or creative issues during project execution.

File & Software Handling:

  • Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with the ability to support basic troubleshooting and provide feedback on design files.
  • Ensure all final artwork is in the correct format and print-ready before delivery.

Communication:

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills in all professional interactions.
  • Maintain a regular cadence of updates and feedback loops with both clients and internal teams.
