**Job Title**: Soft Services Executive
**Location**: Client Site, Bangalore
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, reception, mail services, and catering
Manage and coordinate with on-site service providers and vendors
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality meets client expectations
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for soft services
Monitor and control operational costs within the allocated budget
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management and clients
Train and supervise soft services staff
Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of soft services operations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
