**Job Summary**

The Facility Manpower Field Executive is responsible for sourcing, deploying, and supervising manpower for facility services such as housekeeping, pantry, and support staff. This role involves field visits, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth operations at client sites.

**Manpower Sourcing & Deployment**

Identify and recruit manpower for housekeeping, pantry, and other facility roles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for timely supply of staff.
- Verify documents and ensure compliance before deployment.

**Site Operations**
- Conduct regular visits to client sites to monitor staff performance.
- Ensure proper grooming, attendance, and adherence to service standards.
- Resolve on-ground issues related to manpower and operations.

**Client & Vendor Coordination**
- Act as a liaison between clients and manpower vendors.
- Address client complaints and ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with manpower suppliers.

**Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure all staff comply with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws).
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, deployment, and contracts.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Facility Management or HR).
- 2-4 years of experience in manpower sourcing and facility operations.
- Strong networking and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

**Additional Requirements**
- Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Flexible to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
