Fresher Reservation Executive

Anwarb Info Solutions is a leading company in the aviation and aerospace industry, providing top-notch services to its clients. We are currently in need of a Fresher Reservation Executive to join our team. As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for handling and managing reservations in an efficient and timely manner. You will be the key point of contact between customers and our company, providing information on flight schedules, booking options, and answering queries related to travel.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure that flights are properly filled and updated in the company's reservation system
- Resolve customer issues with booking, cancellations or changes, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage reservation systems, troubleshoot any errors or system failures, and ensure data accuracy and security at all times
- Provide customers with flight information, including schedules, departure and arrival times, and available seats
- Handle special requests such as meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, and other requirements from customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security requirements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Prior experience in customer service, travel industry or hospitality management is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required
