**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and proactive Social Media Executive** who can take charge of our digital presence, engage our community, and create content that highlights our work with schools, students, and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow Techradiance’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to create promotional campaigns for workshops, events, and courses
- Track analytics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest strategies for better engagement and reach
- Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and build an active online community
- Stay updated on social media trends, competitor strategies, and education industry developments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube best practices
- Basic graphic designing (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing skills
- Excellent communication skills and creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
