Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales documents.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the dispatch coordinator to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of dispatch coordination and import/export procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
