Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate follow-up assessments.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

HR Support
- Assist in onboarding new hires, organizing events etc.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Address basic employee queries related to HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+years of experience in talent acquisition, with some exposure to HR administrative tasks.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems(preferably Zoho Recruit), and MS/Google Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
