**Post**:HR-IR / Labour Compliance Officer
- Muster-Roll, PF, ESIC and HR-IR documentation for workers for industrial project sites.
- Monitor compliance with local and state labor laws and regulations specific to the construction industry.
- Update, and communicate company policies and procedures related to labor compliance and other rules and regulations in construction.
- Monitor and track working hours, overtime, and breaks to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Inform to the management to any issues related to underpayment, unpaid overtime, or improper wage deductions.
- Complete all documentation for Gate Pass Process for the Project Sites and ensure zero delay.
- Complete Police verification as per requirement of the Projects.
- Collaborate with Central Project Manager, Construction Manager, engineers, and supervisors to integrate labor compliance into project planning and execution.
- Labour Onboarding and Exit formalities.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 year experiences in labor compliance, preferably in the construction industry.

**Educational Qualification**:Diploma/ Graduation, Law, or related field (or equivalent

experience)

**Technical Competencies**: labour compliance, statutory and documentation

**Industries**:Construction, Pre Engineered Building, Portable Cabin Manufacturing

**Location**: Kolkata

Willing to travel on short term to complete the labor compliance work if require
