This position is for Technology Service Management team supporting the platforms for multiple FIS Capital Markets Platforms.

**What you will be doing**

This position provides 24 x 7 on-call support for all assigned production-related systems

Monitor, Track and Resolve on all job abends/errors

Create, update and maintain client’s UAT & Prod regions

Interface with different teams and vendors to get resolution to questions or issues regarding the failures and drive them towards resolution

Maintenance of batch schedules & Application Maintenance

Work with Systems Engineers, DBAs, Network Engineers etc., for project tasks OR Incident resolution

Create and work on change management tickets on an as-needed basis

Projects & Other Assigned Tasks

Find areas of automation, process simplification etc., and enhance the support efficiency

**What you bring**:

- Experience with UC4/Autosys job scheduling tool in Linux/ Windows environment
- Experience with IBM MQ, NDM & SFTP setup & troubleshooting
- Experience with testing network connections
- Experience troubleshooting network connections
- Setup process/procedures for batch job notifications, alerts and monitoring/escalations.
- Contribute to process improvement/ Automation
- Troubleshoot and fix the alerts/ issues escalated by monitoring teams
- Able to perform UC4 setup on new servers
- Analyzes problem, documents and communicates resolution and conducts follow up. Escalates problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks.

**Skills required** - Linux, Shell scripting, UC4, Network basics, IBM MQ troubleshooting, NDM, SFTP
