- **Make bookings with Co-loaders / Carriers.**:

- **Effective communication with customers and timely updates**:

- **Arrange Pickups from overseas agents for Imports.**:

- **Provide solutions to customers and resolve issues.**:

- **Customer Retention.**:

- **Ocean Import shipment co-ordination with the Pricing and Operations team and provide end to end customer service. (Pickup till Delivery )**:

- **For DAP/ DDP shipments, need to follow-up with overseas agents for Deliveries.**:

- **For Import shipments, follow-up till the shipment DO is released.**:

- **For Import DDP shipments, need to co-ordinate with CHA / Vendors for deliveries.**:

- **Need to maintain DSR and follow-up** **until the shipment cycle is completed.**:

- **Holding IATA Basic Cargo Certificate / DG Certificate will be added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
