Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with customer support software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
