**Telesales Executive/ Sr Executive Marketing.**
**Salary

**Skill Required**:

- Selling, Convincing & Converting
- Proficiency in English (Oral & Written)
- Ms
- Office, Google Sheets
- Min 2 years of Telesales in any industry (Real Estate Would Benifit)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generate/ Qualify enquris from Data assigned by calling (B2B/ Portal/ Agent)
- Call to ask questions to understand customer requirements and get availability by maintaining professionalism & building relationships while talking to Clients/ Property Owners/ Brokers.
- Follow customer reach out by answering calls from other marketing sources (Google, Portals, Contact Center, etc)
- Creating the enquiry by research on Contact details & then create Company profile on Salesforce
- Assigning qualified enquiries to Space experts by following TAT of assigning in system within 15 mins.
- Accurate information on Enquiry from & property description to be put n Salesforce
- Quakity check of data pn Salesforce by Updating/ Correcting related to property details
- Achieve Monthly/ Annual Business targets of self and team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400072, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
