Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Assistance**:Welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys.
- **Information Provision**:Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintaining accurate records of guest information, room status, and reservations.
- **Coordination**:Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping, to address guest needs.
- **Problem Solving**:Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- **Maintaining a positive guest experience**:Creating a positive first impression and ensuring a memorable stay for guests.

Skills Required:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with guests and handle difficult situations professionally.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately record information and maintain organized records.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations, check-in/check-out, and other administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
