Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with potential dealers who can sell and install residential solar systems.
- Develop a network of dealers across the assigned territory, providing them with product training, marketing materials, and support to ensure success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and set performance targets for dealer success.
- Drive direct sales of residential solar projects through dealer networks, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
- Educate dealers about solar energy systems, pricing, incentives, and the benefits of offering solar solutions to residential customers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including follow-ups and contract negotiations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
