**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities in target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing their needs and requirements.
- Lead sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team to develop their skills and capabilities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
