Maintain daily Service, In-out tracking sheet
- Maintain Site-wise daily work progress report
- Measurement sheet for each project
- Prepare preliminary Quotation & Drawings
- Get the drawings prepared from LP Design Department and submit to Customer/Project Team for approvals
- Ensure that changes in original approved drawing based on Site conditions and Project requirements are noted on drawing and revision is made with signature of Customer
- Co-ordinate with site supervisor for daily work update
- Do the site closing activities
- Track the materials during transit / transport process for planning Service deployment
- Handling Zoho Expense system for Service team
- Plan the manpower at site based on Project sizes
- Ensure that deployed site team has necessary tools and tackles
- Co-ordinate with Labour Contractors
- Average handling time to be calculated and SOP to be checked
- Cross check the expenses and ensure Company rules are followed for renting rooms
- Plan training of Service team members and upgrade their skill set. For this, co-ordinate with Training Department in Factory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
