**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Database Management**: Maintain a proper and up-to-date database of all clients within the CRM system.
- **CRM Management (Domestic)**: Manage the complete CRM system for domestic clients, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow.
- **Consumption Pattern Analysis**: Prepare and analyze client consumption patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- **Order Fluctuation Analysis**: Analyze drops and sudden spurts in client orders to understand underlying reasons and proactively address them.
- **Receivables Support**: Assist the receivables team in managing outstanding payments by providing relevant client and order information.
- **End-to-End Inquiry Handling**: Manage client inquiries from initial contact through to resolution of post-dispatch issues.
- **Technical Issue Resolution**: Solve technical issues related to purchase orders and strive for swift resolution.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop and implement intelligent strategies to keep clients engaged, satisfied, and loyal to our services.
- **Lead Generation & Nurturing**: Generate leads directly or in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager; prospect, qualify, process, and follow up on leads; and set up appointments for the external sales team.
- **Client List Preparation**: Prepare and maintain accurate client lists for record-keeping and sales activities.
- **Sales Material Provision**: Prepare and forward brochures, articles, explainers, and other sales materials as required.
- **Quotation & Proposal Management**: Be responsible for the accurate and timely issuance of quotations and proposals, and diligently follow up on them.
- **Internal Coordination**: Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Operations, Accounts, QC, Production) to address client needs related to order specifications, payment matters, and technical issues.
- **Sales Team Support**: Work closely with sales personnel to help achieve required sales team goals.
- **Sales MIS & Reporting**: Perform accurate data entry in the Sales MIS and generate necessary sales reports.
- **Sales Activity Coordination**: Coordinate various sales activities with the Sales Manager and channel partners.
- **Export Coordination (If Required)**: Manage complete export coordination processes, including documentation and logistics.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Ensure any other tasks assigned by management are completed effectively.
