We at Yatribiz Private Limited seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Domestic Travel Executive to manage and coordinate domestic travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and book domestic travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, transportation, and tour packages.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Provide itinerary planning, ticketing, and visa (if applicable) assistance for domestic travel.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
- Assist in resolving travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and rebookings.
- Stay up-to-date with domestic travel regulations, destinations, and travel trends.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare travel quotations and invoices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in domestic travel coordination or in a travel agency.
- Proficiency in travel software such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
- Knowledge of domestic travel routes, destinations, and accommodations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
