About The Role:
This role will manage and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations and order fulfilment processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers and distributors while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Duties & Resposnibilities:
Logistics Management
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor daily transportation and delivery operations across regions.
- Optimize freight and transport costs while ensuring service reliability.
- Maintain logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost per unit, and shipment accuracy.

Order Fulfilment
- Ensure smooth processing of customer orders from order receipt to final delivery.
- Liaise with production, warehousing, and sales teams to align dispatch schedules.
- Manage order prioritization based on customer agreements, shelf life, and stock availability.
- Track and resolve order fulfilment issues including delays, shortages, or damaged goods.

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability, batch management, and loading plans.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure order accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliation processes.

Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the logistics point of contact for key accounts.
- Provide proactive updates on order status, delays, or exceptions.
- Manage customer escalations and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery performance and reduce cost.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements for transportation.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in logistics and order fulfilment, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with B2B distribution models and experience handling institutional or wholesale clients.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (and logistics software.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of food transportation norms and cold chain management is a plus.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
