Are you passionate about technology and ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in the IT industry, building relationships with clients, and representing our company's solutions in the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to address their challenges and drive value.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
- **Travel**: Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as needed to meet with clients, conduct sales meetings, and represent our company. Flexibility to travel frequently is required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Passion for the IT industry and a keen interest in technology trends and innovations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹10,782.53 - ₹41,996.16 per month
