**Job Title: Procurement Coordinator**

**Location: Pune**

**What you will do**

As Primary responsibility for this role is to do costing, Send RFQ to vendors, expediting deliveries, Data Entry in ERP, Prepare Reports, etc.

**How you will do it**

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-disciplined, multitasking professional with Goods Hands on experience on Computer & ERP for working with us.

Send RFQ’s to vendors Compilation & Comparison of Quotes Vendor registration - Filling of formats & enter data in ERP Prepare & Compile documents for PR-PO process. Arrange documents in Soft copies & maintain record. Hands on Experience on MS Excel & ERP Reconciliation of vendor invoices, open PO, PRF & maintain record up to date Extract reports from ERP & arrange as per requirement for reviews, audits. Dealing with Overseas vendors & Freight forwarders for imported items Coordinate with logistics team for pick up and dispatch of goods Ensuring timely booking of vendor invoices & review with AP team Reconciliation of vendor accounts & support Tax team for timely filing of GST returns. Follow up for monthly projections to meet revenue targets. E-Way bill for Inward supplies
