**About ISIEINDIA**:
ISIEINDIA is a leading EdTech organization dedicated to enhancing educational experiences through innovative training programs. We collaborate with various institutions to establish Centers of Excellence (COE) labs, providing students with hands-on training in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and other cutting-edge fields.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform regular maintenance and repair of equipment and workbenches in COE labs to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

Assist in the training of staff and students on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and systems in COE labs, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning as intended.

Travel to multiple locations for on-site lab support, installation, and commissioning.

Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment into the lab environment.

Manage and execute annual maintenance contracts for equipment, ensuring compliance with service agreements and timely maintenance schedules.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.

Work closely with the technical team and management to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance and training delivery.

Collaborate with educational institutions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Must).

Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, preferably in an educational or technical training or EV environment.

Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Familiarity with EV technology and related equipment is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
