**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of elevator components to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Repairs**: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in elevators including electrical, mechanical, and other issues. Replace defective parts as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards. Adhere to company and industry safety protocols.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering professional advice on system performance and maintenance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed. Complete and submit service reports and documentation as required.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to emergency service calls and breakdowns. Work efficiently to minimize downtime and restore service quickly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI or equivalent; technical training or certification in elevator technology or a related field is preferred. B.E./B.Tech degree holder kindly not apply.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in elevator maintenance, and repair. Familiarity with various types of elevator systems (traction, machine-room-less) is highly desirable. Knowledge of various elevator brands like Kone Otis, Johnson Thysseknrupp, Supreme and knowledge of elevator control panel like STEP, Monarch, Arkel, Philbrick, Hedafsan and knowledge of VVVF drives like Fuji will be added advantage.
- **Skills**: Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- **Certifications**: Valid elevator technician license or certification, if applicable. Additional certifications related to safety and electrical systems are a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Able to work in field, work in lift shaft, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be comfortable working at heights.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
