Amar Pure Gold specializes in premium frozen Indian sweets and snacks, maintaining international quality and food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production processes and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Monitor raw material usage, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards during production.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety protocols across production areas.
- Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify areas for process improvement and reduce wastage/rework.
- Train and guide production staff/workers as required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Processing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing/processing.
- Knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems (added advantage).

**Location**: Panchkula, Haryana

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
