1. FSMS (ISO 22000 / FSSC) Audit Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling, planning, and coordinating upcoming FSMS audits.
  • Communicate with clients for audit dates, required documents, auditor queries, and logistics.
  • Maintain records of audit reports, NC closures, and follow-up actions.

2. FoSTaC Training Support

  • Handle enquiries for FoSTaC training programs.
  • Maintain participant registrations and issue certificates (as per FoSTaC guidelines).
  • Support trainers and training team with back-office documentation.

3. Client Query Handling

  • Respond to client queries related to audits, certification processes, document submissions, and training.
  • Redirect technical queries to auditors/technical managers when required.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication.

4. Documentation & Data Management

  • Maintain audit files, training records, and certification dashboards.
  • Assist in preparing audit plans, agreements, and confirmation emails.
  • Ensure proper filing as per certification body procedures.

5. Standard Awareness (ISO , ISO 22003)

(Training will be provided)

  • Learn and understand CB requirements under ISO/IEC and ISO 22003 for food safety schemes.
  • Follow CB procedures for impartiality, confidentiality, and record-keeping.

  • Support implementation of compliance requirements.

  • Support to Certification Decision Team

  • Assist in compiling documents for certification decisions.

  • Ensure completeness of audit packages before review.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology (mandatory).
  • Freshers or final-year students seeking an internship are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of food safety, HACCP, GMP/GHP.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22000 / FSSC / ISO 17021 / ISO 22003 will be an added advantage (training will be given).

Skills Needed

  • Good communication skills (email & phone).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a structured certification environment.
  • Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and client queries.
