Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Export Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new export markets and territories for Balco’s product portfolio.
Conduct market research to understand regional demand, competition, and regulatory requirements.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed export sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, and clients.
Drive the promotion and positioning of Balco’s products in global markets.
Product Promotion:
Highlight the benefits and technical advantages of Balco’s products, including:
PVC Electrical Conduits & Fittings: Durable, non-corrosive, and fire-retardant.
UPVC/CPVC Water Pipes & Fittings: High-performance water transport solutions.
Solvent Cement: Superior bonding for pipe systems.
Garden Hoses: Flexible, long-lasting garden irrigation solutions.
Corrugated Conduits: Reliable solutions for electrical wiring protection.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Cultivate long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in export markets.
Business Development:
Represent Balco Pipes at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand market reach.
Compliance and Coordination:
Oversee the preparation of export documentation and ensure adherence to international trade regulations.
Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of export orders.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide regular updates and actionable insights to senior management to refine export strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in export sales within the PVC pipe and electrical conduit manufacturing industry.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PVC products, UPVC/CPVC systems, and export market dynamics.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in achieving export sales targets and building international partnerships.
Communication Skills: Proficient in English (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Negotiation Skills: Strong contract negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Adaptability: Ability to understand and adapt to cultural and market-specific needs.
Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
