Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies required for the production of HVAC systems. This role involves vendor selection, negotiation, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth operational flow while optimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities
- **Vendor Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- **Procurement**: Coordinate and execute purchasing activities for materials and components required for HVAC manufacturing.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- **Cost Management**: Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget adjustments.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all procured materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to align procurement with project requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for future reference.
- **Compliance**: Ensure procurement practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with an emphasis on HVAC products.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC components and industry standards.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Working Conditions
- Office environment with occasional site visits to suppliers or production facilities.
- May require flexibility in hours to meet project deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
