Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and within budget
- Create compelling content for social media and other marketing channels
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure the best return on investment
- Provide counseling to customers and clients on marketing strategies and tactics
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising capabilities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use various marketing tools and software
- Strong business acumen and counseling skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate new ideas
