Our Client has appointed us to identify and hire a Sales Executive

Salary range: Upto 12 LPA package (combination of base salary + performance incentives)

Location: Bangalore (on-site)

Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Meet your manager: A highly qualified fitness professional with certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), specializing in personal training, functional training, and fitness nutrition. With a background in B.Tech (CSE), they bring a unique blend of technical expertise and holistic wellness knowledge to guide and inspire aspiring fitness professionals.

You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with potential students and understand their aspirations.

Generate Leads: Use your skills in cold calling to identify and engage new prospects.

Solve Problems: Listen actively to pinpoint client challenges and offer tailored solutions.

Close Deals: Negotiate confidently to exceed sales targets and drive success.

Own the Process: Manage the entire sales cycle with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Build a team: Scout, interview, hire and build a successful sales-team.

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead Conversion Rate - Percentage of leads successfully converted into enrolled students.

Sales Cycle Time - Average time taken to close a lead from initial contact to enrollment.

Target Achievement - Monthly enrollments or revenue achieved versus set goals.

Who We're Looking For

Problem Solver: Quick to identify challenges and present effective solutions.

Sales Experience: 1+ years in sales, ideally in solution-based selling.

Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills to address client needs.

Self-Starter: Motivated and accountable, with a goal-oriented mindset.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Language Skills: Fluent and professional English, Hindi & Kannada are a plus

**Local**: Located in Bangalore.

Fitness freak: Affinity with the fitness world is a plus

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
