We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated **Telesales Officers** to join our dynamic team As a Telesales Officer, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into successful sales.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
