**Stores Assistant**

**Job Responsibilities-**
- Assist in managing, maintaining all inventory at Sites
- Periodic MIS to management
- In-transit MIS Maintenance and reporting
- Damaged Goods MIS Maintenance and reporting
- Maintain daily inventories of all assets, consumables, tools and tackles
- Preventive maintenance of all assets
- Stock and materials management - Maintain smart database of inventory to optimize company assets. Conduct random checks, audit and reconciliation on existing inventory
- Assist in Security, safety and access of inventories.
- Assist in Project Closure reconciliation with Planning and Stores & Logistics
- Vendor management - Negotiation with vendors for transportation
- Maintain Vendor database
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Generate Vendor MIS and share with management
- Stock taking at periodic intervals - please expand on the time period
- Stocks reconciliation
- Active Participation in process mapping, inputs mapping, MIS reports, Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverables
- Adherence to quality, safety, ethics and integrity standards of the company.
- Ensure proper tracking of all materials at all sites and proper entry in ERP.

**Qualification /Experience-**
- Graduation in any Discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Experience at Project Site.
- Preferably he should be from EPC Industry

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
