**Job Title**: Store Assistant

**Location**: Mumbai, Ghansoli
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
- **Stock Handling**:

- Receive, inspect, and organize goods delivered to the store.
- Update stock details in the inventory management system.
- Notify the manager of any stock discrepancies or damages.
- **Store Operations**:

- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Arrange and display products as per company guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in fulfilling orders if required.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to the store manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification**:High School Diploma** or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and documentation processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Flexibility to work extra hours during inventory audits or peak periods.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹14,086.05 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
