Role **:Logistics Associate**
Experience**:1 year to 5 years**

**Eligibility**:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, orrelated field)

**Skills & Responsibilities**

Logistics and Dispatch Planning:

- Schedule andmonitor daily dispatches for road and rail transportation.
- Coordinate withwarehouse teams for load optimization and dispatch readiness.

Delivery and Invoice Processing:

- Track deliveriesto ensure on-time completion.
- Verify andprocess invoices in line with agreed terms.

Documentation Management:

- Prepare andhandle lorry receipts (LRs) and waybills, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist withwaybill extensions when required.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

- Monitor andreport idle time, delays, and transit deviations.
- Reconcileshipments, invoices, and documentation for accuracy.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

- Stay updated onregulatory changes and assist in their implementation.
- Implementchanges in logistics processes to comply with new regulations
- Train teammembers on regulatory requirements and updates.

Planning and Scheduling:

- Overseelogistics and dispatch planning for road and rail transport.
- Optimizeschedules to minimize idle time and maximize cost efficiency.

Carrier Contract Management:

- Negotiate andmanage contracts with carriers and transport providers.
- Monitor carrierperformance against SLAs and resolve disputes.

Performance and Reporting:

- Prepare andreview reports on key metrics such as idle time, delivery timelines, and cost.
- Identify trendsand implement corrective actions to improve logistics outcomes.
