**Eligibility**:
Minimum15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, orrelated field)
Willing to work in rotational shift

**Skills & Responsibilities**
Shipping Planningand Tracking:

- Assist in preparingand updating shipping plans for commodities like coal and flux.
- Monitor shipmentschedules and track vessel movements to ensure adherence to timelines.

Coordinationand Process Inputs:

- Process inputs fromcentral logistics, plant teams, and chartering to ensure seamless shippingoperations.
- Support vesselnomination and vetting procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Documentationand Data Entry:

- Handle importdocumentation, including bills of lading and other shipping-related documents.
- Entershipping plans into the system accurately and in a timely manner.

Compliance and Duty Benefits:

- Assist inclaiming applicable duty benefits for imports.
- Ensureadherence to regulatory and compliance requirements for all shipments.

Reporting and Record Maintenance:

- Prepare andcirculate reports for shipping plans and operational updates.
