**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Start Date** - Immediate Joiners - 15 days notice preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make daily outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Understand students’ interests and record their preferences accurately
- Share initial information about study abroad options
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for senior counselors
- Maintain and update call records in the system
- Ensure timely and professional communication with students

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and **Kannada (preferred)**:

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle targets and multitask
- Freshers welcome; minimum 6 months of telecalling or counseling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Salary**: Based on experience + Incentives
