We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our admissions team as a Junior Admission Counselor specializing in overseas admissions. The Junior Admission Counselor for Overseas Admissions will be responsible for assisting international students throughout the admissions process, providing guidance, support, and information tailored to their unique needs. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Utilize cold calling and other outreach strategies to identify and contact potential international students.**:

- Conduct individual counseling sessions with prospective international students to assess their academic backgrounds, interests, and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational consultants, agencies, and institutions abroad to facilitate recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop marketing materials and strategies targeted at international audiences.
- Review international applicants' academic credentials, transcripts, and other supporting documents to assess their eligibility for admission.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., academic departments, international student services) to provide support and resources for admitted international students.
- Stay informed about changes in international education trends, immigration policies, and cultural considerations affecting international students.
- Represent the institution at international recruitment events, college fairs, and information sessions both domestically and abroad.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Understanding of visa regulations, immigration processes, and international student services.
- Experience working with international students or in an international education setting preferred.
- **Proven ability to generate leads and conduct cold calling effectively.**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
