About the Role

We are looking for a **Client Success & Support Executive** who will be the bridge between our software solutions and our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients get the best out of technology.

You’ll be the **go-to person** for client queries, training, and onboarding, while also collaborating with our backend team to ensure smooth operations. If you love solving problems, communicating with people, and exploring new possibilities for growth—this is the right role for you

Key Responsibilities
- Address client enquiries, concerns, and escalate priority issues.
- Develop a strong understanding of our software and guide users on best practices.
- Suggest new features/modules by incorporating client feedback.
- Train users effectively and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Collaborate with backend staff to complete school/client data uploads within strict timelines.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal and people skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Responsive, dependable, and service-driven.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year (preferred).
