**Overview**:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans and individual needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medication as directed and ensure compliance with medication schedules.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for individuals receiving care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and activities with individuals to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals and their families.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and any observations or incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Empathy, patience, and a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: From ₹2,443,421.00 per year

License/Certification:
