**Position: Interior Site Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
As an interior site supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of interior design projects at construction sites. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are executed according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day activities at construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule deliveries and installations.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or deficiencies in materials or workmanship.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, project managers, and on-site personnel.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to resolve design-related issues and modifications.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders.
- Generate reports on project status, budget expenditures, and any significant developments or challenges.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
